– Damaged items and returns –

  • If your item doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem. Take in account that shipping is at your own risk. We pack our orders with the greatest care but we don’t have influence how post services handle packages. Nor does the postal service return money when it comes to ‘animal products’. We ship with insurance in case a packages goes missing the postal service will set up an investigation to locate the package.

  • Please think it through before buying your taxidermy item as we prefer to do not take returns. We don’t want to have our items shipped back because of the fragility of the specimens and the time and care it takes to pack them carefully. Returning items would significantly increase the risk of damaging the item(s) during shipping.  If you want to return your item this is only possibly if you return it in the original stage and packaging.

  • If your item is damaged or something is wrong with it please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem. In this case we might ask you to take pictures and to send the item back to us.
